SUNQUICK ‘Sonic’

My first collaboration with agencies; Havas Worldwide & Advance Denmark, clients Sunquick Denmark & Malaysia, & Chillipepper Films, was a good one. A hardworking but fruitful one, especially in terms of the 25 hour shoot we put ourselves through to achieve the 42 total boarded shots! J Taking that & the numerous product shots covered […]

SUNQUICK ‘What’s Your Excuse?’

4 years on, & here we are with my 2ndSunquick spot under Play Pictures and agency Havas-Immerse. Cramping 1 tvc with 3 webisodes in 1 day was a challenge, but we made it well within the shoot timing, with the biggest challenge coming from a cat. Yes, dealing with animals is never easy, especially getting […]

TEXAS CHICKEN TOKYO CHICKEN ‘Drift’

The final spot of 3 concepts from Agency Mullenlowe, & my 1st fully animated series – definitely the most quirky. Working with production Shootworksasia, Ng (freelance 3D supervisor & editor) & Quadimension – JS (animator), we initially wanted to shoot only the Chicken Drumsticks due to the lockdown, in our own home. However, after much discussion, […]

TEXAS CHICKEN TOKYO CHICKEN ‘Lucky Cat’

The 2nd of 3 concepts from Agency Mullenlowe, & my 1st fully animated series – definitely the most quirky. However, after much discussion, we […]

TEXAS RAMYEON CHICKEN ‘Parachute’

The 2nd concept for Ramyeon Chicken is a parody on the famous Korean series ‘Crash Landing On You’. This was much fun to plan & execute, as we wanted it to be cute yet unexpected, especially when the Parachute gets snagged in the Monstera leaf which then gives the drumstick a reason to be released […]

TEXAS RAMYEON CHICKEN ‘Pool’

The 3rd idea for Ramyeon Chicken is a parody on the famous ‘Running Man’ game show, focusing on a pool of Ramyeon Sauce and showing a simplified how it’s made idea. We wanted as similar props as possible, down to the blue catapult & even music of the show. The action is further accentuated by […]

TEXAS RAMYEON CHICKEN ‘Stage’

Diving straight into another fully 3x 3d immersive videos for Texas Chicken featuring their comeback flavor the Korean/Ramyeon Chicken. This was another fun video working with the same great team, Agency Mullenlowe, Shootworksasia, Ng (freelance 3D supervisor & Editor) & Quadimension. With only a short period to churn out the this first Stage video, we […]

TOURISM MALAYSIA ‘Your Story to Share, Our Promise to Keep : Food’

Durian season or no, the shoot must go on. And so we soldiered on, crafting appetizing food scenarios & shots that catered to the very specific China market, showing how Malaysia can be an amazing food haven if you only know where to look. Of course, we have our signature traditional dishes from the many […]

VITAGEN ‘Love Your Gut’

From the minds of People n Rich, comes the concept of family, friends & loving your gut. Working with Twisted Media to bring this idea to life, we shot over 2 days at several locations, requiring the use of the Mavic Air drone & the Canon C200 with special Leica lenses. The talents performed marvelously, […]
