DOMINO’S ‘Spicy Fling’

Long, tedious, but coming up with new & updated rigs is always fun for a shoot. The challenge for me is to always come up with creative ways to promote food porn beauty shots. Working with an initial idea from VMLY&R, we, together with ATF & Clients further tweaked it until we were all satisfied. And it was […]

DOMINO’S ‘Ssamjeang Pizza’ 2.0

It’s always a great feeling when Clients approach you again to shoot more good stuff for them. The trust is something I will always appreciate & never take for granted, as you’re only as good as your last job. So, we needed to make things more interesting this round, while focusing on the food porn […]

DOMINO’s ‘Ssamjeang So Spicy, So Drama’

The turnaround time for something this extensive was unbelievable. 1.5 weeks from conception to meetings to shooting….& as expected, we shot for one full day. However, with the sheer number of shots – 48 to be exact – and thankfully with 3 camera setups running concurrently, we – ATF, JWT & myself – managed to […]

DOMINO’S ‘World Cheese Pizza’

8 different cheeses, as the name implies. So, nothing else on the pizza but cheese. Not as easy as it sounds. From the brains of Agency FCB & Clients Domino’s, KDCo & myself were tasked with making this film look appetizing & visually exciting. We used the Laowa Probe2 lens to get some dynamic close […]

DOMINO’S CNY 2019 ‘Eggstra Shiok’

22 hours. Yup, my 2ndexperience with Pizza, & it doesn’t get any easier. Or shorter. Lol. We wanted this to be a fun & exciting board, introducing a new flavor on a pizza, never done before locally or anywhere. So, with a board from Mullenlowe Malaysia, we crafted a food porn Pizza spot that had a […]

DUTCH LADY ‘Food Porn Flavoured Milk’

While I’ve shot a variety of table top F&B products including juices, I’ve never shot milk. So, when this board came along from Agency Entropia, Light Flux Productions & myself jumped at the chance. After all, I love creating delicious & appetizing food commercials… although ironically, eating isn’t one of my favorite things to do lol. So, with […]

DUTCH LADY ‘Food Porn Plain Milk’

ENSURE ‘Be Ready For Life’

‘This board was made for me” I told my EP Elroy, Lightflux Productions. And I was determined to get it. Lol. I love trying out new things, & while this isn’t something new that I haven’t tried before, but it’s new in the sense, it needs to seamless cut from scene to scene with just […]

EXTRA POWER ROOT ‘ONE FC’

I crave for action & energetic spots like this. It gives you a special high & more so when you have an affinity for this particular sport, which is MMA. While I don’t compete myself, I do enjoy catching live performances or even on tv. Thus, when the concept of fusing MMA with an Energy […]

F&N SEASONS ‘Volleyball’

Shooting in the hot sun & on the sand is never easy, but it’s definitely fun. Not knowing how to really play volleyball, our cast was game to try it out anyway, all in the name of fun & I do believe we managed to portray that through their actions & expressions. Working with Agency […]
